1. Who we are

Foundhall is run by Young Mav. You can reach us in the Foundhall Discord support channel. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer in your own country.

2. Who can use Foundhall

• You must be 18 or older and live in Europe.
• One person, one account. The name on your profile must be your real name.
• To get the verified badge, you pass an ID check with an ID card, passport or driving licence and a live selfie. We can ask you to verify again, and remove accounts that fail or that we believe are fake.

3. What Foundhall is, and isn't

Foundhall introduces founders to investors. We are not an investment firm, broker or crowdfunding platform, we don't give investment advice, and no money for investments passes through Foundhall. Any deal happens directly between a founder and an investor, at their own risk. Investors should do their own checks before investing in anything.

4. Your content and your ideas

• You keep ownership of everything you post: projects, pitch decks, updates, comments and messages.
• You give us permission to store and show that content on Foundhall to the people you choose (for example, publishing a project or approving an investor for your deck). It ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Pitch decks stay locked until you approve an investor by name, and every view is logged. We can't stop an approved person from remembering or misusing what they saw, so only share what you're comfortable with. Report any misuse and we'll act on it.
• Only post things you have the right to share.

5. How to behave

No hate, harassment, threats, spam, scams, fake profiles, impersonation, swearing in public posts or links in comments. Don't scrape the site or try to access accounts that aren't yours. We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans and payment

• The Entrepreneur plan costs $14.99 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Investor accounts are free after ID verification.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

7. AI tools and credits

• AI tools (idea tester, pitch coach, deck generator and others) use credits. Every account gets 5 credits a month, the Entrepreneur plan 100. Monthly credits don't roll over.
• Bought credits never expire, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another account.
• AI answers can be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not as business, legal or financial advice.
• Text you send to an AI tool is processed by our AI provider to produce the answer. It isn't used to train their models.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep Foundhall safe and online, but we provide it as it is. We aren't responsible for deals, losses or disputes between members, or for what members post. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow a limit.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms; if we close it without a serious breach, we refund unused paid time and bought credits.

10. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email or in the app before the change applies. Using Foundhall after that means you accept the new terms.
